#80 V 4.26 behaviour in Win 10: blinking game window

Using Win 10

Win has had a feature for a while, a way to quickly set a window to take up the right or left side of the screen. This is "WinKey + arrow key", so (in most cases) The WindowsKey held down, then an arrow key (either numpad with num lock off, or the keys showing left-up/down-right.

When i bring up ScidvsPc is starts in Windows "restore" mode: not maximized. The upper right icon shows a single box, indicating that the window will maximize if you click this box.

When I use Win-right the first time I bring up ScidvsPc, (no database open), the window adjusts to take up the proper half of the screen, but the game window (which I have in its standard upper left position) begins to blink.

I can work around this by maximizing the window, then trying Win-right again. There is a brief blink of the game window, but it does not persist.
