#51 HIARCS 14 UCI works in Arena but gives error in Scid vs. PC

Scid vs. PC gives the following error when starting HIARCS 14 engine (Hiarcs14WCSC.exe).

The same engine loads and functions correctly in Arena. Tested in Arena 3.5.1 and Scid vs. PC 4.23 and 4.22.
