[Scidvspc-users] bug re: 'game information'

How do I report a potential bug?

When I open a PGN file, I can't change the content of 'Game Information'.
Is this a bug or by design?

I tried saving to different PGN file but that doesn't allow me to change
Game Information' either.

help pls.
