Nice. For months I've been laboriously popping up multiple individual browsers to cover all twinned compositions in a series and this is so-so-so much more convenient for examining the series. Bonus points on this one, Steven. I think it's fairly well rounded/finished - apart from the fact that it is not an 'endless' widget that scrolls (due to this being technically more challenging), but other suggestions are welcome. > > cheers Steven > --------------------------------------------------- > /Browsing Multiple Games > > Scid vs PC can also browse multiple games (in a grid format) via right-clicking a selection of games. The idea is similar to browsing a single game, but with a reduced interface, and more emphasis on the wheel mouse - which is used to progress through games, and also resize the boards (using Control+Wheel). This feature is similar to the small observation boards in FICS (and the default board size is also determined by Options->FICS->BoardSize). Beside the normal Left/Right/Home/End key bindings, Control+Enter will load the active (mouseover) game. > > Pressing Control-Left/Right will progress all boards forward or back, and similarly Control+Home/End will show all start/end positions. > > This feature is also available for the Tree Best Games widget/ > > > _______________________________________________ > Scidvspc-users mailing list > Sci...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/scidvspc-users |
