Currently, it is not possible to do *exactly* as you wish ... AFAIK but using the Search->Material/Pattern, you can set up to 10 exact position matches (on the right hand side), which will likely find all the matches you are after anyway if used carefully. Ignoring one side in position search may not be too technical to implement... but it might be ugly, and testing would be a little onerous too, so not sure i want to look at coding it. Someone else ?
