Hmmm - it's hard to find a key for this. They're all used.

Hopefully, I fixed up phalanx not restarting
properly in the tacgame feature, and added resign buttons to tacgame
and serious game (UCI).
Playing stockfish, the Skill Level should also be shown (in the pgn
header) if it has been set
