[Scidvspc-users] Bug: Tree Window + engine analysis

I discovered that if I start an engine analysis (with book on) and Tree
Window active, sometimes the first moves are made so fast (because of book
lookup) that the Tree Window cannot refresh in time and the entire program
crashes.

I think Scid vc PC should temporarily disable Tree Window refresh when
engine analysis is running. Even without the crash, the refresh operation
needlessly slows the analysis.
