[Scidvspc-users] What Does FIDE Title "-" in Header Search Mean?

Hello all,

Could someone please tell me what selecting the "-" buttons does in the 
Header Search window beside "White FIDE" and "Black FIDE"?  The Header 
searches help file does not have information about them. I've tried to 
discern their behavior by trial and error but so far I'm unsuccessful.
