[Scidvspc-users] Linux build changes

Just a quick note.. I've updated the build process to properly support
custom share directories (SHAREDIR in configure). Previously only /usr
and /usr/local work3d. It's been a long time coming, laugh.

So next time you checkout, please make sure to do a "./configure"
before make install. It'd be nice to have this debugged before the
proper release of 4.13.

Also - We have a russian translation :)
