Here's the Win64 release candidate

It includes the new (and untested) fast database open feature which is
missing from the win32 build.
Note - after file open, there is still a pause as the Name counts are
recalculated. This check can be skipped using "-fast" command line
option (mainline Scid does now skip it by default), but i dont
recommend this.
