[Scidvspc-users] eco2pgn?

Hi Steve,

I stumbled upon the scid.eco file which states that it can be converted 
to pgn by eco2pgn, which sounds very cool and useful to visually review 
the ECO. However, I was not able to find the source for eco2pgn anywhere 
in the distribution files.

Can you shed some light on this?
