Ok. Had a good think about this. I'm not keen to adding tooltips to the button bar in any fashion. Implementing a right-click "What's This" tooltip is hard, but maybe i will do it, otherwise i will include a "Button Bar" link in the help index. The button bar is already in Help under "Index->Main Window") I will add tooltips to the tree buttons too.
