[Scidvspc-users] Windows 7 crash on exit

Hmmm - Scid has always written it's config files to "Program Files" on windows.

This is very bad practice, and seems  to cause crashes on program exit
(sometimes) on windows 7. The work-around is to run ScidvsPC with admin privilidges.

So i guess the time is _now_ to rewrite this, but Scid has so many config files,
i'm not really looking forward to it.
