[Scidvspc-users] Crosstable win/loss/draw

I've added a Win/Loss/Draw feature to the crosstable (in subversion). It's pretty handy actually :)
At the end of the line for Swiss and All-Play-All crosstables, the win/loss/draw results are shown in brackets.

Someone requested it,  but i can't find where/who, so thanks for the idea.
This code is a little messy, but hopefully there's no bugs.
