Thanks for the feedback. Here's a new snapshot.The two files enclosed should
be placed in the "bin" directory of the 4.7.1 windows release.

There's been a few changes to FICS, and a random sort feature.
The gamelist can be scrolled by the page with Control+WheelMouse (untested).


I've also placed the help files online. They still need a few buttons, but are otherwise complete.
