I like the idea of recording the final clock times, but White's is 
obviously wrong.

In the case of FICS relays, you could "watch" the console log to spot 
the time of resignation, or you could sum the times of the moves up 
until the resignation.

The game's worth examining, I found the endgame pretty impressive.
