#1 Cannot add control to form

I have successfully added the reference to the
ScintillaNET control in my project and have added the
control into the toolbox.

When attempting to add the control from the toolbox
into the form the following exception is generated:

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Any help would be appreciated. I'm using Visual
Studio.NET 2003. Thanks.
