#160 board options not updated

board is not updated, looks like default

untick all
tick small letters
resize->no coordinates
tick also show coordinates
resize->shows big letters (small letters is chosen)

I've checked in [r1323], I think I have repaired all the broken things (related to the board) after the introduction of TWM.

right-click-menu-untick show coordinates
right-click-menu-tick use small letters
right-click-menu-tick show coordinates

click-menu-tick use small letters
click-menu-untick show coordinates

->small coordinates are used, but not ticked

Yes, you have found a sequence where the redraw didn't work properly. Fixed with [r1355].
