SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- added aspect framework description to the web page

- further improvements to date-time column plotting

- improved handling of DateTime columns
Remark: I am very dissatisfied with this area
of functionality. I threw away several attempts to integrate
Column pointers into the plotting code. It just
doesn't work out rewriting a huge part of the code.
Some parts are simply so badly designed ...

Fixed bug #1990898 (crash when creating bargraph with errorbars). Equal to r959:961 in current_stable.

Fix of last fix (d'oh).

Port of fixes to trunk in r958. Also fixed an off-by-one bug in future::table::normalizeSelection() and the list of header files in python.pri.
