Commit [r901] Maximize Restore History

- Did some work on the future::Table integration.

Status: It compiles and runs but most of the
functionality is disabled currently, still
a lot of work to do.
Remark: I disabled Python temporally to avoid having to port
the string based column lists to Column * based column
lists into scidavis.sip immediately. This commit
already breaks some of the Python bindings.
