SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- fixed/improved load and save for the datatype filters

- Table and Matrix now work savely even if their view does not
exist as our layer model demands

- implemented save/load for Notes

- some improvements to the NSIS script

- integrated the help menu from ApplicationWindow
into ProjectWindow

- implemented loading and saving for Table
- some other loading/saving related fixes/improvements

- improved loading/saving from XML, loading a project
with folders and matrices works now
- moved some common code into an extension to QXmlStreamReader
(Remark: tried to make loading as robust as possible.
Unknown aspects, i.e., those with no appropriate plugin
available, are savely ignored and give a warning.)

- added "new project" and "close project" actions to ProjectWindow
- added new aspect actions to their action managers
- replaced my last name in the source file headers

- finished implementation of loading and saving for Project and Folder

- committing the current state of my work on project loading
and saving; there are still large parts missing; at least
it compiles; more to come soon
- improved const correctness in some places
- fixed a minor bug in Table
