SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- committing the current state of my work on project loading
and saving; there are still large parts missing; at least
it compiles; more to come soon
- improved const correctness in some places
- fixed a minor bug in Table

- small modification to the .pro file as suggested by Yu-Hung Lien

- small update to the web page (MacOS X binaries)

- added configuration page and action manager to
those modules that did not have one yet

- fixed some compilation problems

- worked on a plugin system-compatible way of handling
application-wide settings
- a few small fixes

- small homepage update

- desktop/mime type spec update according to the
feedback by Eric Tanguy

- did some work on Graph3D
(some code is still preliminary, but at least you can
plot matrices for a start)

- moved manpage source to subdirectory man
- removed debian directory
