SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

-Fixes bug 007911: the Data Reader, Screen Reader and Zoom tools will work on any layer in the active 2D plot window. Should we make them work on any 2D plot window also?
-Fixes too slow deleting of table rows (patch by José Antonio Lorenzo Fernández)

Solved Feature Request #2306: "Set values: range from the selection"

-Added more pixmaps to configDialog
-Fixed a bug: settings must also be saved when closing the main application, in order to save the recent project files list

Added pixmaps in the pages list box of the configDialog. The sizes of the icons must be changes. Some new icons are needed...

- Fixed resizing of 2D layers via mouse interaction (was broken on Linux)
- Modified configDialog: added a header label displaying the page title, saves the settings on accept() and not on clos() application as before.

- fixed Bug #7908: Missing OPJ files filter.

- ported ConfigDialog to Qt4

- ported EpsExportDialog to Qt4

- uploading an up-to-date German translation file
- changed one word in analysis.cpp to make the meaning clearer

- capitalized all first letters of class names to achieve consistent class naming
- renamed FDialog to FunctionDialog
- renamed SDialog to SurfaceDialog
- fixed some spelling mistakes
- added doxygen short descriptions to all classes that were missing it
