Commit [r81] Maximize Restore History

-Fixes bug 007911: the Data Reader, Screen Reader and Zoom tools will work on any layer in the active 2D plot window. Should we make them work on any 2D plot window also?

-Fixes too slow deleting of table rows (patch by José Antonio Lorenzo Fernández)
