SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- Made aspect test independend from the rest of the
code. It is obsolete due to the latest changes
and can only serve as a proof of principle from now on.
- Did some on the aspect framework, mainly ProjectWindow
and MdiWindow handling.

- replaced Folder class (old Folder class temporarily renamed
to *_old)
- started to rewrite main.cpp to use the aspect framework
- started to replace ApplicationWindow by ProjectWindow

- improved the options tabs gui form
- implemented copy&paste, label/comment changing and
column type changing in Table/TableView
- moved selection related function from Table
to TableModel
- improved AbstractFilter::input() which was a speed
killer and is very often called by TableModel::data()

- added link to Debian packages to the downloa page

- implemented undo/redo for Double2StringFilter
and String2DateTimeFilter

- started implementing undo for simple filters
- fixed handling of obsolete column modes
- finished load/save for columns
- added some more test cases to the column test

- implemented save/load for all simple filters

- creating new tag 0.1.1 with correct splash screen

- removing obsolete tag 0.1.1

- updated splash screen
