SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- removed the old column classes
- fixed some bugs in Column and AbstractAspect
- modified TableModel to use Column instead of AbstractColumnData
- started writing a test program for the table classes

- modified AbstractAspect to not inherit from QObject but
keep its functionality
- fixed the aspect test

- finished the Column unit test to the point I planned it
- fixed the rest of the bugs I could find in Column and
related classes
- added SimpleCopyThroughFilter (input and output
filters of columns are AbstractSimpleFilters instead
of AbstractFilters now)

- extended the Column unit test
- fixed some more bugs in Column and related classes

- started writing a test program based on CppUnit for Column
and related classes
- fixed several bugs in Column and related classes

- renamed two of the copied files

- copied some files from model_view_devel branch to
start making a unit test for Column and related classes

- implemented the remaining column commands

- started integrating the Column related classes
into the filter and aspect frameworks
(this will break some things temporally)

- moving column to core since Column has a lot
of interdependencies with the filter classes
