SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- adding first draft for a new column class
(neither finished nor tested or anything)

- some reodering and improvements to the data source classes

- improved the Table integration (still a lot of stuff
broken though)

- moved the most imporant enums and all app version
related stuff into a class "SciDAVis" in global.h/.cpp
- added several table commands and Table methods
- worked a lot on integrating the new Table implementation
into the application by writing wrapper functions

Added first draft of Aspect framework.

Updated some missed parts to new names.

Improved the translating-app page.

Renamed numInputs() to inputCount() and numOutputs() to outputCount() in order to make them consistent with rowCount() and columnCount().

Renamed
MultiLayer -> Graph
Class names should now be mostly consistent with the user interface.

Another class renamed:
Graph -> Layer
