SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

Moved the manual from current_stable to manual/0.1.

Added a top-level directory for the manual.

- Added link to openSUSE packages on PackMan.

- Removed ApplicationWindow dependency from ImageExportDialog and moved it to lib.
- More classes renamed:

- Removed executable flag from lots of source files.

trunk compiles and runs again (without Python support)

- Merged most changes from model_view_devel into trunk (except for test code).
- Reorganized the directory tree in order to keep on top of the growing number of files.

Warning: TRUNK IS TEMPORARILY BROKEN

A lot of files need to be adapted to the new directories, and the new Table class is still incomplete.

Small fixes and improvements.

- Improved analysis classes and their documentation.
- Some small fixes in scripted and MyWidget.
