Commit [r61] Maximize Restore History

- Added a tool button for drawing lines

- Added the possibility to resize lines/arrows using the mouse
- Fixed some bugs in the graph.cpp file
- Modified the build procedure: liborigin will no longer be shipped with QtiPlot starting with the next official release (0.8.6)
