SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- Reverted previous bogus changes in muParserScript, linked to comma separated values.
- Fixed some bugs in working with folders and improved the Folder class.

- commiting the column data classes so Knut can
take a look at the current state

- Renamed "Nonlinear Curve Fit" to "Fit Wizard".
- Gathered EpsExportDialog and ImageExportOptionsDialog into an extension of ImageExportDialog.
- Added a cell() function for tables.
