Commit [r530] Maximize Restore History

- Fixed Bug #11100: strange copy/paste results.

- Fixed Bug #11098: crash on undo.
- Fixed bug in scaling fit errors.
- Improved adding of new rows to a Table when the user edits the last row.
- Implemented moving of current cell after editing a cell in a Matrix.cpp
- Fixed problems linked to changing of the current QLocale.
