- fixed line profile tool

(most important changes: Table ported from Q3Table-based to
QTableWidget-based)

- changed qti.sip back to unix format
(which I accidentally changed to dos format)

- converted all line ending to dos style
(merging with mixed line endings can be
very annoying)
