SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- improves comments display in Tables;
- fixes bugs related to changing columns format and some bugs due to the port of Table class to Qt4

- Implemented feature request #2301: Displaying comments at the columns' head.
- Implemented the advancement of the cell after pressing "Enter".
- Fixed a bug in setting the selected column after a double-click on the Table horizontal header.

- Fixed bugs in selecting plot markers for plots with log scales.

(most important changes: Table ported from Q3Table-based to
QTableWidget-based)

- changed qti.sip back to unix format
(which I accidentally changed to dos format)

- merged latest trunk changes (rev 502) into the branch

- converted all line ending to dos style
(merging with mixed line endings can be
very annoying)

- fixed issue with saved columns in class Table
- merged changes from trunk up to rev 500 into the branch
- converted all .cpp and .h files to dos style endings

- Added graph axis properties import
- Added Origin's text tag parsing during import
