SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- Fixes functionality in Graph::deleteFitCurves() and some crashes in FitDialog.

- Fixes a crash when FitDialog starts in a project with no tables.
- Fixes a crash occuring when trying to fit Function curves.

-Fixes a warning in LegendMarker.cpp

- Added support for Origin legends to LegendMarker class.
- Disabled "View Pixel Line profile" in ImageMarker context menu.
- Slightly improved the drawing of Pie curves.

Improved drawing of color icons in ColorBox class.

- Fixed information about the table rows in DataPickerTool and RangeSelectionTool.
- Completed the install notes concerning the Mac OS X binaries.

- Modified the .pro file in order to compile QtiPlot against the liborigin version in the 3rdparty folder. Added Alex name to the copyright list in the files he modified.
- Fixed several bugs introduced be the new range plotting feature.
- Moved code related to the histograms in the QwtHistogram class.
- Fixed restoring of plot range for Box/Wiskers curves.
