SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- fixed Plot::paletteBackgroundColor()

- Moved Correlation to a separate class and added an "Autocorrelation" item to the Table Analysis menu.
- Reverted changes in initMultilayerPlot from rev. 397, in order to avoid problem plots not being shown.

- Modified the filesave_xpm icon in order to increase the displayed size.

- Fixes a small problem with the height of Matrix rows.
- Fixes bug in reading of recent project files from user settings on Windows.

- Fixed bugs in AxesDialog and improved its layout.
- Derived the TextFormatButtons class from QWidget instead of QGroupBox, in order to avoid the problems with the setFlat() method in Qt4.

- tested class Matrix thoroughly, it should be
ready for a release now
- added doxygen comments to Matrix.h
- fixed some doxygen comments in other files
