Commit [r391] Maximize Restore History

- fully ported class Matrix to Qt4

- tested class Matrix thoroughly, it should be
ready for a release now
- added doxygen comments to Matrix.h
- fixed some doxygen comments in other files
- fixed "Hide Window" operation activated from
a windows title bar
- changed all line endings in the files I
edited back to dos style
