SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- updated all dialogs ported to Qt4 in this branch
with the changes from trunk rev. 7 to 27

- added version suffix to about dialog and thereby set
the version string to "0.8.6alpha1"

- seems I forgot to convert qtiplot.pro to DOS format

- converted all text files not in 3rdparty to DOS format (CR LF).
- replaced Qwt4.2 with Qwt5 (snapshot from 2006/01/30)
- disabled most of the Qwt based functionality for now in order
to make QtiPlot compile with Qwt5 (!This means all plotting
functionality is broken now!)
reason: Port to Qwt5 is a lot harder than I thought, too many
changes in the API and the class structure
result: QtiPlot compiles and starts without errors
(Plan: Port the trunk to Qt4 now and port/enable the plotting
stuff afterwards.)

changed format of all files to DOS (line endings encoded as \r\n)

- ported Matrix and matrixValuesDialog to scripting interface
- added list of math functions to context menu of script editor
- added e (Euler's constant) to muParserScripting
- some unifications and code cleanups

- scripting interface
- implementation of the interface based on muParser
- setting table column values uses scripting interface
- notes support execution/evaluation of script code (currently calculation of
math expressions and variable assignments)

tagging version 0.8.5

Released version 0.8.5. Changes:
- ported to the last version of liborigin: the import of Origin projects (tables only) works on Linux and Windows systems
- fixed compile errors on Mac OS X 10.4
- added the possibility to move rows in tables/matrices (press 'Ctrl' and drag row)
- pasting numbers into Table/Matrix cells respects the numeric format
- improved the error bars dialog and the greek symbols dialog
- fixed bug affecting the creation of new folders on Linux systems and some other minor bugs
