SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

Added missing Spectrogram class files.

- Merged changes up to revision 238 from scripting branch;
- Fixed bugs in showing title bar Context Menu;
- Fixed bugs in setting user colors.
- Removed all transparency related code from MultiLayer class, since this is now handled by Qt (this fixes the black background issue when moving plots).
- Added PDF export option and fixed EPS export (they should be handled in a single "exportVector" function)
- Added support for using the QAssistant as a help browser and improved the ApplicationWindow::showStandAloneHelp() function.

- updated the doxygen main page in main.cpp
- fixed a typo

- replaced the (almost empty) translation files with
the current ones from the web page
(a lot of translations seem to have gotten lost
between 0.8.8 and 0.8.9 in the SVN repository)
- added the japanese translation
- updated the german translation

- Ported forgotten PolynomFitDialog to pure Qt4.

- Ported CurvesDialog and Graph3D classes to pure Qt4.
- Merged changes up to rev 219 (release 0.8.8).

- Several fixes to muParserScripting.
- ScriptingLangDialog: select a language by double-clicking on it.
- Fixed two orphaned dialogs in Table.

- Ported fixes for Python 2.5 from scripting branch.

- Python interface mostly synced to scripting branch
(some ApplicationWindow methods haven't been ported yet).
- Dug out some improvements to qtiplotrc.py that seem to have fallen
to an accident in r260.

Ported PlotDialog and MultiLayer class to pure Qt4.
