SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- ported all changes up to rev 186 into the trunk

- ported changes up to rev 183 into the trunk
(ignored all changes to README.html, translations and manual)

- added some documentation
- fixed a problem with ASCII imports
- fixed a problem with analysis operations
- removed handling of QEvent::Paint from CanvasPicker::eventFilter;
in Qt4 this /caused/ recursive repaints

Fixed bugs in ImportDialog and exportDialog.cpp and improved these 2 dialogs.

Ported Plot3DDialog to Qt4 and improved FitDialog.

- ported changes up to rev 179 into the trunk

- tagging scripting branch rev 300 as version 0.8.9

Changed Q3FileDialog to QFileDialog. Fixed scaling of axes when clicking on them. Put the right default value "\t" for the import options of ascii files (not sure about the code, added "???" to the change)

- ported changes up to rev 176 into the trunk

- ported QStringList::split to QString::split
- removed some superfluous Qt3-includes from application.cpp
- some more bugfixes
