Commit [r305]  Maximize  Restore  History

- Ported the FitDialog to pure Qt4 and added some improvements. The dialog crashes when performing a fit, but I'm waiting for the changes up to release 0.8.7-3 to be merged before trying to fix this.

- Removed Qwt from SVN and upgraded QtiPlot to version 5.0.0 of Qwt.
