SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

update for version 0.8.9

- ported changes up to rev 168 into the trunk
(left out the handbook since the handbook and
all translations can just be just copied over
to the trunk once 0.8.9 is released)

- Also implemented feature request #2969 (set matrix values using x & y values) in the scripting branch. The implementation in the trunk should be fixed.

- ported some bugfixes from scripting branch
- added compile-time auto-detection of Python version and location
- implemented feature request #2969
- disabled support for Python threads, which caused problems on Windows and was probably broken
- updated scripting interface

- Fixes compatibility issues with last version of muParser in muParserScripting.

- ported changes up to rev 164 into the trunk
- applied patch #001613 to qwt.pro

- Upgraded to an official released version of muParser sent by Ingo Berg, which solves the issues on Linux 64bit and probably not compiling yet on Windiows with MSVC6.
- Upgraded to the last release of liborigin (liborigin-20070115.tgz from sourceforge) which works as bad as before!

- Fixes inserting of new lines having 0 linewidth;
- Fixes moving/resizing of layers using the mouse;
- Fixes a bug in the export to EPS.
- Upgraded to muParser v 1.27: this conflicts with muParserScripting.cpp: muParserScript function, see commented lines. Bug on 64bit machines is still there.
- Added some more information to the manual.
