Commit [r281] Maximize Restore History

-Replaced the old homemade Help Browser with the powerfull QAssistant.

-Fixed bug when copy/paste arrow/lines.
-Fixed export to image format: no more white space around the plot in the picture (at least not for single layers).
-Added shortcuts for import ASCII operations.
