- ported changes up to rev 142 into the trunk

- Added the possibility to define independently of each other the colors of the axes backbones and of the axes numbers in 2D plots.

- Removed Qwt from the SVN repository, since from now on it will no longer be shipped with the Qtiplot sources.

- When adding error bars to a vertical bars curve having an offset, the offset is automatically added to the error bars curve.
