- ported changes up to rev 141 into the trunk

- Fixed bug in the naming of 2d plot functions.h.
- Fixed bug in the creation of new 2D plot legends: the spectrograms don't have a legend anymore.
- Fixed bug in saving/restoring 2D curves in the right order.
- Removed Qwt from the SVN repository, since from now on it will no longer be shipped with the Qtiplot sources.
- Changed the version to 0.8.9-rc2.
