SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

Commit [r249] Maximize Restore History

- Fixes bugs 009487, 009330, 008759, 008266 and a couple of other small bugs.

- Improves plotting of column lists containing error bars.
- When adding error bars to a vertical bars curve having an offset, the offset is automatically added to the error bars curve.
