SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

Commit [r247] Maximize Restore History

- Fixes bugs 009416 and 009417.

- Fixes bugs linked to the synchronization of the opposite scales.
- Fixes saving/restoring of scale labels rotation angle in 2D plots.
- Improves the line tab in the plotDialog class.
- Ported to Qwt5-rc1.
