SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- creating development branch for features that take too
long to make it into the next release

fixed some problems with variable handling in muParserScripting

- updated muParser to latest CVS version (some minor fixes)
- fixed error reporting of col() and cell(); both in muParser and Python

- ported class Table (worksheet.cpp, worksheet.h) to Qt4
CAUTION: Table still has a lot of issues to be fixed
REMARK: Had to revert the changes to worksheet.cpp and worksheet.h
from the previous revision

- ported improvements to Table/Matrix context menus
- improved support for pygsl
- improved functions menu in ScriptEdit for large function lists

- Corrected various #includes that didn't work on Linux. Please see
http://doc.trolltech.com/4.2/qt4-intro.html#include-syntax
for the correct syntax.
- Fixed several bugs in the scripting code;
Python support now basically works on Windows.
- Added file extensions to ScriptingEnv in order to avoid language-specific
code outside of the language modules.
- Added a Python module with some utility classes and functions.
- Added Lambert's W function to muParserScripting
- Added support for pygsl to qtiplotrc.py
- Fixed bug in saving of Tables (would crash on restore);
added check to Table restore just in case.

- updated German translation to version 0.8.8

- Merged changes from revisions 210, 211, 215.

- Merged changes from versions 198, 199, 201.
- Ported ImageDialog to pure Qt4.

- Updated to Qwt 5.0.0 - rc 0.0
- Merged changes from revision 203.
- Ported the LineDialog class to pure Qt4.
