- Added Knut Franke as co-author of the manual.

- Fixed some bugs in the axesDialog concerning the grid axes and additional lines.

- Ported most of the improvements to the scripting subsystem.
Needs some bugfixing, though.
- Ported auto-updating table statistics
- Ported some minor fixes and improvements
- Rewrote large parts of muParserScripting in order to fix problems with '='.
Also allows recursive use of col() and cell() now.
