Commit [r18] Maximize Restore History

- SymbolDialog:

- reduced the number of math and arrow symbols
- added Planck constant (h bar) and Angström symbol
- TextDialog:
- removed number symbols button (but kept functionality in SymbolDialog)
- PlotWizard:
- moved the tables combo box to the right like in the Qt3 version
