SciDAVis - Improvements SVN-temp

- added MultiPeakFit::setNumPeaks
- renamed toolbar Plot to Graph

- Added a ScriptWindow for Python Scripting.obj
- Re-added an Export menu item to the context menu of Note windows.
- Added two additional useful functions to Fit class: rSquare() and dataSize()
- Fixed bugs occuring when new layers were added to a 2D plot window using the Add/Arrange layers dialog.

- Updated to last version of Qwt5 from CVS
- Added a Canvas color button in pieDialog. Removed superfluous functions in pieDialog and Graph classes
- Improved the way the new window names are handled in ApplicationWindow

- Added a "Save Note As..." item to the title bar menu of a Note window and removed "Export" from the context menu.
- Removed Minimize/Maximize window items from the title bar menu and rearranged the other items in order to get an Origin-like menu.

- output from "Execute All" now goes to the end of the Note (instead of cluttering up the code)
- changed some user-visible texts referring to Graphs (MultiLayer) as "Plots" for consistency

- Reorganized saveSettings()

- Fixed crashes in analysis code: FFT, smoothing, filtering and interpolation due to buggy memory deallocation in conjunction with Graph::addResultCurve()
- Reorganized the readSettings() (I must to do the same with saveSettings() )

- Changed method name Fit::setFitCurveParameters() to generateFunction()
- Improved adding new curves to 2D plots.

- Python init file now imports all QtiPlot classes into the global namespace
- fixed a bug in the FFT code (FFT filters crashed)
